Reinforcing Steel Bar Anchor System Grade BSt 500/550 and BSt 555/700

Customer specific and approval related accessories for e.g. soil nails and micropiles from hot rolled reinforcing steel bar with thread grade 500/550 BSt with nominal diameter 20, 25, 32, 40, and 50 mm respectively grade BSt 555/700 with a nominal diameter of 63,5 mm to be used for permanent and temporary applications.

The material used for the production of:

• Couplers – from cast steel G4CrMo4 or steel grade S355J2 machined Lock nuts, anchor nuts, domed nuts and anchor pieces (anchoring elements for corresponding threaded steel rods) from cast iron GE300, cast steel G42CrMo4, G34CrMo4 and steel C45+N, C45 +C,  20 MnV6 and others

also meets the customer specific approval requirements.
